CivilHive is a construction services marketplace that connects clients with verified service providers and skilled professionals — for requirements, tenders, projects and expert services.

Creating an account and posting a requirement is free. Service providers choose a subscription plan to bid and respond to clients; some premium actions require an active subscription.

Post a requirement or float a tender and receive competitive bids, or browse "Find Professionals" to search verified providers near you.

Verified providers carry a verified badge after CivilHive admins review their professional documents. You can also see ratings and reviews from past clients.

Open your profile and complete the professional verification wizard (identity, business and professional documents). A CivilHive admin reviews every request and approves or rejects it.

Bidding requires an active subscription, completed KYC, and professional verification. If a re-verification is pending, new bids are paused until it is approved — existing projects continue uninterrupted.

A requirement is an open request for service. A tender is a structured, formal bidding process with detailed terms, often used for larger works.

Service providers subscribe to a plan that defines their bidding limits and service radius. Payments are processed securely; invoices are available from your account.

CivilHive may ask an already-verified provider to refresh their documents (e.g. an expired licence). Existing projects and client chats continue; only new premium actions pause until re-verification is approved.
